Debbie Dobbins
Debbie Dobbins was a fitness competitor and model during the early 1990s. The Philippine born athlete grew up in Oregon participating in high school sports and later on as an aerobics instructor and playing volleyball for Orange Coast College (Costa Mesa, Calif.) where she graduated with a degree in Marketing and Advertising. Her image graced the covers of magazines and was seen in a number of ads and articles. In 1993, Debbie placed third in the Ms. Fitness USA competition and tied for second at the Ms. Galaxy. She would have gone far in the fitness industry and modeling as well, had it not been for her untimely death in early 1994.
